Question: What are some of the symptoms found in aspergers and how do doctors diagnose people with it!?
Answers:
Like all conditions the symptoms can vary from people to people, But generally people with aspergers find it difficult to socialise!. They do not understand irony!. They cannot see things from other people's point of view, in that they do not understand other people's feelings or emotions !. They say things as they are are so can insult people without realising they are doing so, i!.e!. saying to someone that they look fat or that their new hairstyle is not nice!. They are a bit like computers and will learn things really easily and can repeat back what they have learnt but can find it difficult to think about these things and adapt them!. Children with aspergers can easily be bullied at school mainly because they do not realise that others are being unkind to them and also because they are easy targets - because they do not understand social skills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well the last part of marge's answer is half right!. they do not understand some social cliches that society has!.!.

to be blunt though it is a variation of autism :

A neurological disorder

they have to practice making facial expressions (i!.e!. maybe they will use a mirror) and look for cues depending on how they are wired!. (i!.e!. body language) and try to understand it!.!.I believe however most of the problem lies in their neuro-network - whether it be their visual cortex - brain - and nerves all together - they are neurologically confused in a sense I guess you could say!.!.

however some people will say they are slow in a sense!.!.I argue this - I believe some are just neurogically ignorant - and there is a great possibility they are retarded in a sense (retarded = slowed if you didnt know the definition)!.

I am in no way putting them down but I believe it is a very overlooked genre of life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
