Question: Am i falling into Depression!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I am trying to help my boyfriend get out of his depression, but its not working!. i'm sad that my boyfriend went to work for me!. (only cause i don't get to see him) i feel really sad right now, and don't know if i'm falling into depression, or if i'm just sad!. Please HelpWww@Answer-Health@Com
