Foods to help with depression?!


Question: Foods to help with depression!?
Something healthy, please don't say chocolate!. I already ran a mile and that didn't help!. Mostly my symptoms are mood swings, easily irritable, want to be alone, can't stand noise, hates everything/one!. Oh, and I had omega 3 all day and I still don't feel better!. If you're Anemic then Iron will help!. Anemia will make you really:
Irritable
Depressed
Tired
& more!.
I have it so I eat LUNA bars!. They have just the right amount of iron :)
