It sounds to me like you are feeling really pressured and anxious!. Could it be about your social life!? Are you feeling really pressured to meet someone's standards, to be "well-liked" or "popular!?"

For me personally, when I have dreams like that that prevent me from sleeping, it's because I'm really worried that I'm not doing well at something and my brain keeps running through the same scenario trying to do better!. Based on how my own dreams work, I'd guess that maybe you feel like you're somehow failing your friends or failing to live up to their standards!.

I'm not an expert, so the best advice I can give you is to relax, even if you have to force yourself to do it!. Sometimes when I get really worked up my mind starts racing and I have to like force it to come to a halt!. Counting slow, deep breaths is one way to do that--it's actually a form of meditation and it can slow down your anxious thoughts!. Another way is to spend some time in nature, since it gives you a fresh perspective on life!. :)

And most important for this situation, remember to give yourself positive reinforcement!. If you care enough about what your friends think to be this anxious about it, I'm sure you're being a great friend to them!. And if they're demanding something more of you, they're probably not very good friends, and you don't need them!.

Of course if you can find someone who knows the situation to talk to, that's a great help too!. I'm just sort of making inferences and guesses based on situations I've known!.

Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you scared about the class in general!?
That maybe it!.
Is there a bully in your class!?
You maybe scared of what they are going to do!.
Are you scared that your friends are disloyal and will leave you!?
You could be scared about that!.
You also maybe stressed out about a number of things!. Like a Guy, Grades, and many other things!.
