Hi! You are so like many of us! You are getting into your peri-menopausal state!. It takes years and feels so endless!. Your symptoms are very normal!. Many women give up and divorce to "find themselves" or look for something to spark their life again!. Some saints and scholars believe that this is the hardest suffering and people who can survive everyday monotony are the holiest and strongest!. It takes all of a person's strength to keep going day after day, doing the same things and staying consistent and strong for everyone around you when you feel the need for a reason to live!. It is actually a spiritual growth time!. You need time to retreat and get to dig into your core!. I make sure I go on at least 2 spiritual retreats a year!. Also, start to take up a new hobbie or do something that you are good at more often!. Keep your mind working by playing web games or word games or volunteer at a soup kitchen or something!. Make small goals and be happy when you reach them!. I try so hard to do these things because all I really want to do is stay in bed or reminisce on better times gone by!. Most men don't have a clue on what we are going through!. Men go through their male "menapause" in a different way!. They buy big things and sometimes need sexual outlets!. Don't be afraid, because there will be better days!. When I really get down, I try to have a "thank you" day!. I wake in the morning and until I go to bed at night, I keep finding things to thank God for!. It's amazing how many things you can find!. Just keep plugging along!. I will pray for you dear sister!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you have depression!. Just remember that everyone cares about you!. Remember your children, and give them a list of chores to do so you don't do all the work!. Every Sunday have a family activity or take a vacation with your husband!. Go to the gym and get a workout or take a jog!. Join some activities to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone feels the same, as you feel it!. Everyone has to do his/her daily routine!. Who else to do !? You are doing your routine!. We're doing ours!. That why, there is a thing exits, we call it entertainment!.
Take a break of your daily work, says on Sunday, dinner out with all!. Go for a shopping/window shopping!. If you still have time in your hand, a morn/eve jog!. Spend some light moments with your family!. What we say " Take a break", a " daily routine break"!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. :-))))))))Www@Answer-Health@Com
