Question: Is this a sign of ANXIETY or DEPRESSION!?!?
keep on ignoring your friends and cancelling yer outing together cuz your worried of what r u gonna say to them!.!.

im a very confident, funny and humorous person before but a LOT of things happend and later on brought my self esteem down!.!. to the point that i dont have confidence neither believe myself anymore!.!. i cant think of my own!.!. i give stupid reasons (w/c is not like me) i also feel that i became a boring person bcuz im not confident weather wut im saying has a sense or not!.!.

ive seen psychologist, psychiatrist before, but it seems that they dont understand wat im going thru!.!. i dunno if this is bcuz of my approach!? or bcuz its normal!.!. being like this for me is not normal bcuz IM NOT LIKE ME ANYMORE although i know this is not as big deal like those of depressed people is going thru!.!.!.!. what is thiss!?!? is this depression!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds like it has definite links to depression!. When a traumatic event happens that lowers your self esteem you feel that everyone is judging you every second of the day and if you say or do something wrong they are going to laugh at you and call you names behind your back!. If this is how you feel or even close I would suggest seeking another psychiatrist ( your not always going to feel comfortable with the first one you find) and also look into getting anti depressants!. The pills will help to correct a chemical in-balance in your brain and allow you to enjoy yourself again (just in case you were wondering taking anti-depressant pills doesn't make you any less of a person or mean that you are messed up, think of it more as a tool to help you be you again)Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are studies to prove that depression can be cured from eating or changing to a healthy diet!. our foods today are so highly processed that our bodies are no longer getting the nutrition it needs to build and repair and that affects our moods and ability to focus, concentrate and have the energy to function!. without vital energy we don't want to do anything, without doing anything we get depressed when we are depressed we get anxious!.

See another psychiatrist as the diagnosis of anxiety or depression is entirely subjective!. In other words, it comes down to the opinion of the psychiatrist!. There are no objective medical tests for anxiety or depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like low self steam but know you didn't only choose your friends they choice you to and they are probably concern because they see something is wrong !.That is what real friends are supposed to do !.But beware this can lead to depression ! if you're scared of your friends and what you're going to say to them!.!.it sounds like social anxiety!. you should try talking to a therapist this time!. just don't be scared to be around them, they're your friends, it makes them worry!.!.and it makes you feel worse!.

Theres a fine line where depression & anxiety meet so you probably have both!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I think the Psychologist etc understand more than you think - do you really want to be helped !?
In your current mood you probably think its all a waste of time!.!.!.have they prescribed medication anti depressants & do you take them every day!?
You possibly need some meds from your Doctor to start with & more help from the other so called proffessionals!.!.!.!.!.you will need to help yourself listen & do what they suggest & be determined to improve, they cant do it for you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.are you doing any work or are you inactive - going the gymn one where you arent scared to tell the manager you are depressed & let them slowly guide you it can work wonders - it has helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like social anxiety to me!. I have this!. It's only when I'm pregnant though!. I wound up having to go on an antidepressant!. Sometimes, when you isolate yourself because of anxiety, you also become depressed because you can't deal with the fact your not the way you used to be!. I'm also a ver social person, but when I get like that I cancel plans because I get so panicked I feel sick, and wind upi doing nothing which makes it so much worse!. If therapy doesn't help, don't rule out meds!. Sometimes they do work wonders, and can give you that extra boost of what your missing!. some people say drugs are for the weak, but I feel a mental illness, is just like any other illness and sometimes a pill is helpful!. Talk to your psych!. about it, and I'm sure you can ask about social anxiety, and see if thats what your suffering from!. I hope it works out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
