Question: Is there a special form of OCD thats numerical!?
Like if someone was obsessed with the number 3 or some other number!. Is it just called numerical OCD!?

I worked in mental health since 1987 and there is no special "numerical" form of OCD that I ever heard of!. Somebody with OCD might have an obsession about numbers, but there aren't specific types of OCD according to the type of obsession someone has!.
There is a disorder called Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, which has a similar name but it's different from OCD!. The Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder is about making lists, insisting that things be done a certain way, and the rules are so rigid it's almost impossible to get anything done!. This personality disorder is popularly referred to as "anal retentiveness!."

If someone is obsessed with a certain number like 3, It could be that something has happend with someting to do with the number, ie a member of the family died on the 3rd or birthday it could be anything,
