Bipolar feeling fear?!
Question: Bipolar feeling fear!?
Lately, I have been feeling alot of fear!?
1!. Not sure of myself, or loosing myself, not able to make good decisson!.
2!. I feel my friends think of me as weird and uncertain!. That they are avoiding me, or dont want to listen to me!.
3!. I also feel like I am seeing signs that I will die soon!? How weird is that!?
4!. I am confused about religion!?
5!. I feel guilty for relationships I have failed!. Very heartbrocken for the man I love!.
6!. I compare my goals to what my friends have accomplished, travelling, marriage starting families etc etc!.
7!. Fear of starting a new job or moving away from home!?
For years I just didnt want to take medication, and now I notice that I am more angry with these pills, especially at home with my family and its horrible to live under these circumstances, when no one is talking with anyone!?

I guess everyone feels lost at some point in their life - I do and I do not have this disorder!. If you have a health profession who you can talk to I suggest you make an appointment!. It must be really harsh to feel that way especially if your medication is not working for you!. I think you should look at all the good things in your life or the things that have been good up to now - and concentrate on them!. Try to think of the things you would like out of life and write them down and focus on your wants not have nots - then every time you feel down refer to your hopes and dreams -Www@Answer-Health@Com
it seems to me like you have GAD and depression more than bipolar!.you need to see a psychlogist!.don't worry,GAD can be heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
