Age 14 and dealing with depression!? Hmmm!.!.!.!.!. 14 is a rough age but so is 20, 30 , 40, 50!.!.!. etc!. You can push trough this like the wind pushing a cloud on by!. Try this, go to a place where you can be by yourself and not disturbed!. Sit cross legged with your back straight (up against a wall if necessary) and just breathe in slowly!. Exhale just as slow and the inhale!. Focus on your breath!. Hear nothing but it!. After a few of these, imagine something that makes you very happy!. A distant loved one, an event, a place, or even an object!. Focus on this alone and nothing that can ruin that image!. You might not even have experienced being in that place or having that object but you can still focus on it!. Don't let anything corrupt that image as you continue to breathe!.
If you don't start to feel better drink water!. Lots of water!. Water can flush your entire body clean of anything that might be affecting the neurotransmitters and chemicals in your brain that can cause depression!. Also, get outside!. Fresh air and sunlight can also release happy chemicals in your brain to fight those bad clouds away!.

Regular exercise has really helped me when I have had bouts of depression - Like bike riding, brisk walking or running for a few minutes every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
