Answers:
yes natrual is out there
but (avoid natural herbal remedies )
atleast until you have seen a doctor!.
these things that you speak of are real issues that need to be dealt with but all the things you mention,i dont belive for one minute that some natural pill is going to stop your problems!.
if you are having a hard time taking the next step of talking through these things with your doctor at the very lest talk through some of the less serious issues with a friend or family member you have great trust in,to atlest get some of the smaller issues off of your chest so your not dealing with everything at once!.
but sooner or later get yourself to your doctor but try to do it sooner, you will be greatful you did it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Realize many people have been through far worse and your being emotionally weak for the purpose of sympathy, also you blame your weak emotions on a SICKNESS!? as if it isn't your fault your acting like an emotional cripple!? Personal responsibility is the only remedy for this, drug yourself up as much as you want!. Not going to fix your lack of self responsibility and respect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have been through a lot at an early age!. I suggest that you learn EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique -

If you don't already have lots of exercise as part of your daily routine you might want to try it!. Even 20 minutes of fairly vigorous exercise per day (vigorous enough to get your heart rate quite elevated) can stimulate your body to release endorphins into your bloodstream, and in many people this produce a natural euphoria that can last many hours or even days!. Start small and work your way up!. For eg, you could start running and set yourself a goal of being able to run 5 km without stopping, and give yourself a few months to get there!. This type of program has made a huge difference in the lives of many people!.

Be careful with "natural" herbal remedies and the like; some of these can be as dangerous as phamaceutical drugs!.

Your situation definitely merits seeing a doctor!. A good family doctor may also be able to suggest some non-drug solutions, and you could communicate to your doctor your desire to go this route!. See what the doctor recommends!. Nothing says you have to take drugs a doctor prescribes for you!. But for some people, medication is the only thing that works, and whatever the risk of side effects, in severe cases it may be better than the alternative - depression!.

For sleep, reading quietly in bed works for me!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm so sorry about your friend's death, it can be a hard thing to "get over," even though I don't think that's something you can ever get over!.

As for trying to get to sleep, try putting yourself into a ritual that will help your body recognize that it's time to sleep!. pray, meditate, stretch, take a bath, whatever helps you de-stress!.

Try to clear your mind, but don't stress out and focus on trying to sleep, because if you stress, you won't be able to sleep!.

If you're looking for an all-natural product, I've been using Absolute Calm, a natural supplement with magnolia extract, which calms you down enough to get to sleep!. I get groggy on the other stuff, but this one really helps!. I hope things go well for you!

Hmm!.!.!. Depending on how bad the depression is (no offense, but it doesn't sound that serious!. It could easily get worse though!.!.!. so it's best to treat it now before it gets too out of hand), just finding one person you can depend on for love and also love could help!. That's what got me out of being suicidal!. It took a while, and God helped me a lot, but giving and getting love really helps!.

Also, God!. Just pray!.!.!. Pray for others and ask Him to help you become happier!. Don't ask Him to kill you or let you die!.!.!. He won't do it!. He loves you too much because you're His child!.

If you're a social person (which depression could take away, but maybe it hasn't affected you too much yet), try joining a youth group if you haven't already!. You don't need to tell them about what you're going through (though that could help), but try to be involved with them!. I know it can be hard with depression, but just try!.

About St!. John's Wort
St!. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) is a long-living plant with yellow flowers whose medicinal uses were first recorded in ancient Greece!. It contains many chemical compounds!. Some are believed to be the active ingredients that produce the herb's effects, including the compounds hypericin and hyperforin!.

How these compounds actually work is not yet fully understood, but several theories have been suggested!. Preliminary studies suggest that St!. John's wort might work by preventing nerve cells in the brain from reabsorbing the chemical messenger serotonin, or by reducing levels of a protein involved in the body's immune system functioning!. St!. John's wort has been used over the centuries for mental conditions, nerve pain, and a wide variety of other health conditions!. Today, St!. John's wort is used for anxiety, mild to moderate depression, and sleep disorders!.

In Europe, St!. John's wort is widely prescribed for depression!. In the United States, there is public interest in St!. John's wort as a treatment for depression, but it is not a prescription medicine; it is, however, one of the most commonly used herbal supplements!.

In the United States, St!. John's wort products are sold as:

Capsules and tablets
Teas
