It's OK to stay up all night!. You're allowed!. It won't make you fail if you don't sleep!. Knights of "olden days" used to keep an all night vigil before they dueled!. You're just nervous because tomorrow's a big day!.

Wake up your mother or father, and ask for a hug!. Tell them you're scared and would they please make you a snack, and talk to you for a few minutes!?

Don't worry about waking them!. They're parents, that's their job - to help you!.

But don't worry about losing sleep if you're gearing up for a big day!. As long as it only happens once in a while it's not a problem!. It's totally normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I seriously doubt you're having an actual panic attack, because if you were, you more than likely wouldn't be on the computer!. Go do something for a while that may take your mind off of the final- watch TV or a movie, talk to someone, play a video game, read- The possibilities are almost endless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reason why you are panicking is because you are afraid you won't perform well on the test tomorrow!. This is understandable and alot of people go through this!. Remember, you are not alone! There is a solution to this and involves learning how to DETACH!. You are panicking because this test MATTERS TOO MUCH TO YOU!. Learn how to say to yourself "it doesn't matter" and reduce the significance of this test in your mind!. IT DOESN'T MATTER!. Learn to apply this to all things that make you anxious in your life and you will start feeling better and more serene in no time!. IT DOESN'T MATTER!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only if its safe, go outside for a walk!. Take your mind off the test!. When I've been in your shoes I used to remind myself that research shows that you don't retain information that well when you stay up late at night!. Take a shower, drink warm milk, take some deep breaths, get your bag and clothes ready for tomorrow, set your alarm clock and call it a night!.!.!.easier said then done right!Www@Answer-Health@Com
