Question: Am I insecure or maybe has low self esteem!?
I'm 19!. I'm not sure!. Before I never had any problems about it!. I was always confident about myself!. All the time I think I'm always very attractive and cute!. Alot of girls would even look at me and smile!.
Lately, I've been having this symptom like when I see someone cuter and who looks even better than me it will just hit me then it goes away then it comes back again!. I get really down and sad about it!. I hated myself when I think about it!. I mean I know I'm OK but it will just hit me like crazy!.!.!.Is this cause by depression pills that i've been and currently taking!?

Teenage years are hard and we face things that never experienced before, BUT as you reach maturity in life you'll see that appearance is not that big of a deal but who you are as a person!. It's nice to be good looking but that is temporary!. Do not sweat the small stuff!. It's normal to go through this stage, it'll go away!.
Try to focus on the good qualities that distinguish you from others!. Recognize that others have different characteristics than you, not better, not worse simply different and that YOU ARE UNIQUE!. There isn't anybody else like you!.
Make a daily list of at least 3 things you like about yourself and focus on them each day!.

You should really talk to a therapist about this problem!. Sounds like a self-esteem issue to me, which could be related to depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
