Question: PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i need to know what this person has!?
this !? is about my sister,over the best 1yr or so,she has changed alot,and been acting wierd,and i think she may be bi-polar or somthing may be wrong,here are her symptoms
she acts alot different at work or when shes around other people other than her famliy(she acts like a little girl)
but when around us(famliy)she acts like a sarcastic b-word!.
she changes her moods alot like one day she will be all depressed and moody,than the next day she will be so happy and cheerful(somtimes its even hours that her mood changes like that)
we found a letter that she wrote saying she has nothing to live for and she is depressed and hopless!.
somtimes she acts like a total differnt person,like i was saying at work she will act like this little inocent girl,and when she comes home she is so differnt!.
she has been doing stuff latly thats not herself!.
a few yrs ago she was a really nice quite girl,who cared about her famliy and was like mother type,and i know people change but this is differnt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definately sounds bi-polar to me!. The classifications of high's of happiness to the extreme lows of depression!. You and your family are comfortable to her so, it is easier to be mean to you (unfortunately) yet, it is a way to the people who know her to say help me!. Then at work, she is nice as these people do not know her or her demons and she tries there but yet she is just unhappy and can let it all out at home!. She soon will not do well at work either!. You know the warning signs and know that she is not acting herself!.!.!.AND you found the letter!. I suggest you act on it immediately and get her help!. It does not take long to slip further in depression and the bi-polar has stages!. She can slip so far into the depression and actually start planning her suicide without even being mentally ready to make any decision on a good judgement!. (which suicide would not even be an option at that point) She needs help, it seems so life consuming to have this illness!. She is so lucky to have such a wonderful sibling to recognize and want to help her!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
being bi-polar i can say the mood swings do not come on that fast!. they can but it sounds more like she is looking for attention from her family!. she may get treated differently there then at work!. If things have changed in the family like a relative passing away or leaving or someone getting a big promotion these may be causes to this!. hope this helps and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have ancounterd something very similiar!. One thing that I came up with was BPD!. Borderline Personality Disorder!. It hurt so much to see someone I cared for so deeply suddenly change before my eyes!. Also alot of behavior changes come from the use of drugs!. Dont think "no way!.!.cant be her"!. My first bet is she just changed, or maybe something happened to her, like her boyfriend broke up with her!. Also maybe she started doing things like drugs, those will really mess u up!. Do try to talk to her!. Also mentle illnesses don't just suddenly happen!. A person who has a mentle illness would have had it all their life and have shown symtoms all their life!.
