Am in a great depression!.Idont know what am doing in these days!.My mind is upset!.I may find a lot of reasons for this!.I was trying to do something to make me up!.But it didnot work!.Exams are far approaching!.Am loosing my interest in studies!.I'm scared!.LOOsing my energy!.what do do!?pls dont be rude!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This may sound like a simple depression, but generally people are depressed for months before they start losing energy levels!. You sound like you have something else going on!. I hope you have been talking to demons or anything, because it really sounds like you might have one draining off of your energy!. They feed on depression, anger, and fear!.
Have you been to any graveyards or near anyone using a Qujia board!? If you have then a doctor cannot help you, only a demonologist can!. Contact a priest to see if he can determin before you announce it to anyone though!. It might seem silly!. I'm not some looney!. I never believed either, until it became real!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are in this state, it is better to take on one thing at a time rather than mentally becoming overloaded!. Try spending a little more time doing a healthy activity that you enjoy and can escape from life matters while doing it!. When I find myself a little depressed or overwhelmed I like to invent new recipes and do some cooking or canning!. I also go play golf!. Do these things with friends that always make you feel better when you are around them!. You only have one life so make sure you can make the best of it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, look after yourself in every way!. Three meals a day are important!.
Second , take your self well out of what you are doing when it happens- loosing it!. Go for a walk!.
Third, Do one thing at once , try to finish it before going on to the next project!. Don't dwell on things too long ,do all what you can on it and get on to the next task!. I hope you manage to de-clutter your brain!. best wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go and consult a psychiatrist!. 'depression' is not just a state of mind, its a whole syndrome in itself, so , i really do not think u should use terms like ' great depression' unless u are medically diagnosed!. there is no use worrying over normal life evnts, magnifying them and making ur mind all the more upset!. all the best!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
