Question: HElp me!.!.I'm i depressed!?!?
OK so i cry at random times all day everyday!. This has been going on for a week!. I have started crying at the mall, church , at work, on the phone,!.!.!.You get it!?!? It over a guy who i am crazy about but can not see because he is 17 hours away!. And not only that but he LIVES there!. We text 24/7 but it's not enough!. I just want to stop crying though!. My friends think i am depressed!. I dont but could i be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well depression is different for most people, but usually It is crying and feeling down for no particular reason!. you definitly have a reason to be upset, and if this has only been going on for a week, depression probably isnt what it is!. You should try talking to someone about it though, which is a common remedy for depression, It may just take time for you to get back to your old self, but if it lasts for longer than you think is healthy, or you start having drastic thoughts, then you should definitly see your doctor who could prescribe you something or get you counseling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i defonatly think it is depression!. trust me, its not good to cry over people so far away!. im not saying not to talk to him at all, but texting each other 24/7 is making it worse!.
tell him you just want to be good friends, because you cant handel a long distance relationship!. if you dont get over his not being there, you will feel sad about it for a LONG timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

You could be depressed but to make yourself feel better make plans to see eachother once in a while!. Hang out with friends and talk to people it will make you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
