I have had depression since I was 11 (I am 18 now)...?!
Question: I have had depression since I was 11 (I am 18 now)!.!.!.!?
I am only just getting medical help - I always have this underlying fear of life that I will do something wrong and become depressed again and it frightens me to think that I could ever go back to that dark place!.!.!. but I really dont want to end up being put on lithium because I have Manic type depression which - I would rather seek some sort of therapy or group therapy!.!.!.Does anyone know of any free group therapy drop in sessions in the London, UK area!? I could really use the help or any advice you could give

Ive had depression all my life!. Bad mania!. Im now 17!. I understand what your going through!. Its scarry to want to live and experience life!. Something im learning is faith that God is going to take care of me!. Yes I was on lithium!. It caused a night scare that led me to a hospital!. Ive been on so many meds that have not at all helped me!. I was a zombie for so long!. I now am off but only take serequel, a mood stabilizer!. Its just horrible but you have to take life one day at a time!. I speak russian spanish learning ukrainian, I plan to work with kids in russia who are suffering the same things even worse!. Look at what your gifts are and think positivley!. Be also thankfull of what you have that can also cheer one up!.
I totally have struggles every day to eat to live, but I know that one day people are going to need me!. Let that also be a fuel to your heart that maybe you will help so many others like yourself!. Hope Ive encouraged you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

talk to close family or friends about it!. make a promise to yourself that you are going to start over!. learn something new and enjoy your life!. find things to preoccupy you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
