Question: If there is a tornado!.!.!.!?Please help! I am scared!!!!?
What should I do!?!?!? I am 11 and home alone!.!.!. there are supposed to be icolated tornadoes and I am scared!. There are severe thunderstorms at 2:00 or 3:00, and my parents aren't getting home until 5:00!. I am scared!. Am I going to die!? What should I do to calm myself down and to make myself safe! I have a basement!.!.!. but it has windows, is it unsafe!?!?!? I am terrified!Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you have a room in your house without windows!? go there if you do!. if you don't, or you feel uncomfortable being there alone, check outside to see if your neighbors are home, and if they are, go over to their house and see if you can stay with them!. or have them come over to your house and have them stay with you!. or call your parents and talk to them, and have them help you calm down!. take a deep breath, and think ONLY happy thoughts!. don't be terrified!. good luck, you're in my prayers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't panic - Isolated does not mean that there is a 100% chance you will be hit by one - it just means that you need to be extra careful and stay on the lookout for dark clouds, any type of formations, etc!.
Do you have a neighbor or friend that you can stay with until the storm passes!?
The basement is still the safest place, just get as far away from the window as you can and cover yourself with a pillow or blanket - anything that would protect your body should that window break!.
The biggest thing to do is stay calm - if you panic, you will only freak yourself out worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, I know you're scared, but calm down a little!.
If you are sure there is going to be a tornado, take some supplies down to the basement!. A flashlight for starters!. Also, you may want to take a drink with you incase you panic!.
A book would be good too, to keep your mind off of it!.
Go down, take a matress with you, as well as some covers!. Go into a corner of the basement where there arn't any big windows, and prop the matress up and hide under it!.
Chances are you wont be hit sweetie!. Im sure you'll be fine!.

Go to the basement and get under a table or the stairway and cover with a blanket!. Take a radio and a cell phone if you have them!. Let someone know you are in the basement so they can find you later if they need to help you get out!.You will be alright, just get there quickly in the event that weather bureau says that a tornado has arrived in your area!.PeaceWww@Answer-Health@Com
Dial 911 and have them take you into protective custody!. You will be safe!. When your parents get home they will also call 911 to be taken into protective custody(jail) for leaving a minor unattended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
