Question: Anxiety help for 12 year old!?
I have anxiety!. How are some healthy ways i can help it while im growing that special wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you can do is to cut out your caffeine and start exercising 5 days a week!. At least do a 30 - 45 minute walk!. I don't know how this helps, but it has been the ONLY thing that has helped me with my stress/anxiety and I am talking I even tried all kinds of meds the doctor was giving me and I would still have anxiety!. I cut out my coffee and started walking most nights and I feel really great now!.
