I hate my life, I hate myself, I am depressed?!
Question: I hate my life, I hate myself, I am depressed!?
Therefore I have been drinking a lot!. My job sucks, I have been trying to switch jobs since last November but nothing happens!. I have a good education (MBA), but none seems to be interested in hiring me!. I am going crazy, I dont know what to do!.
My husband told me he was tired of me drinking all the time, he is really mad at me, but he doesnt help me anyway!.
Suicidal thoughts are coming to my mind, I am not going to commit suicide because I am catholic and suicide is considered a sin!.
I dont know what to do!. My mind is off and I am really hating myself now!.

even if i told you that drinking isn't the answer to whatever the problem is, I'm sure you would ignore that!. I personally dont think you need to see a "therapist", that's bullsh**
*covers mouth* sorry, just an opinion!. Maybe your husband doesn't help you because he feels like he cant, he must be just as confused as you are!. All i can say is that life does have its ups and downs and what we have to do as humans is over come them, not drink to escape the problems not end life while we still have a chance to make a difference, but fight and believe because we all know that life has messed up moments, nobody has a perfect life!. I am catholic too and something that you can do is pray, because God does hear our cry's and i'm sure he listens to every single one of them on this sick earth of ours!. Some might find it absurd, but we all have different opinons, this is just mineWww@Answer-Health@Com

My friend, first off, how old are you!? I'm 22yrs old and passed through enough in life to far, over come what you are going through right now!! You have just one life to live, quit the drinking, it's only worsening the whole situation, try talking more to your husband about how and what you are going through right now!!
After all I would think you got married because you both love each other and are there for each other whether it be 'Emotionally, Spiritualy,Physically and even Mentally'!!

well i hope you don't commit suicide,cause thats just crazy!. i watch the news all the time and nobody is hiring right now all across the US!. (thanks George W!. Bush)!. you should stop drinking before you lose your marriage, your own life!. drinking is a depressant which is not helping you when you are already depressed!. if you believe in a better life and are catholic shouldn't you pray for things to get better!. maybe you should talk to Dr!. about antidepression pills they really do help!. good luck and wish you happiness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depression is simply "anger turned in"!. I understand your frustration!. You need a positive way to express this anger, that involves your husband!. Alcohol is a depressant and actually makes things worse!. Many people find that physical exercise such as working out or sports is a great release!. I found that writing lyrics is great therapy!. What interests do you have in common with your husband!? Involve him!. Even if it is just sex, the Kama Sutra is a great book to explore together!. If you have fun together, then things will get better!. Be patient with yourself with your career, things will eventually turn around!. Life is a long road!. Don't forget to enjoy the ride!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may be experiencing an alcohol depression!. Drink for fun not to bury pain or go numb!.
Some of the things you mentioned go thru my mind when I'm hung over!. But i know I'm hung over, so i don't give the negative thoughts much credit!.
If you drink daily you may not feel very hung over, but you are!.

Im in the same boat you are in!. So all I can tell you is what I'm doing to better my life!. I've been appling for jobs every chance I get, exercising as much as I can and doing things for myself that I enjoy doing!. If your husband doesn't want to help you don't help him and just help yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need more help than anyone can offer here!.
Please see a therapist sooner than later!. They will help to heal your mental health, your marriage health and your possible drinking problem!.
Until then, being a Catholic you can always turn to the Lord!.

I had the same problem after my relationship ended with my girlfriend!. I chose to work on my fitness and go jogging everyday and stay very active!. This helped me forget about all the misery in my life!. I can't wait to see results of my workout in a few months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
express your feeling through art or something!. learn something new!. everytime you have those feelings to something else to distract you!. also talk to your close friends and family!. don't keep your feelings inside you!. maybe go to a therapistWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't give up ! pray ask God what he wants you to do stop drinking you know your not supposed to do that eather so stop hun its just making things worse as you can tell the devil is trying to bring you down don't let him!! fight you are strong ask God to give you streanght!!! and tell the devil to remove his hands off of you in the name of Jesus you are a child of the most high God and he has no right! Yo te diria " ve a psicologo" o talvez!.!.!.!."no hay mal que dure 100 a?os" o " animo!!!!)
pero no, esa no es la solucion!. Vos tenes un problema y grande!. Y parece que va de mal en peor!. Pero como yo te lo repeti en varias ocasiones, es ke vos necesitas a dios!. Jesus puede cambiar tu vida, si vos se lo permitis!.
Podes ir a psicologos, o tal vez a alcoholicos anonimos si keres!. Pero no vas a poder!. Porke sin dios no se puede hacer nada y la fuerza que el te da no se encuentra en ningun lado!. Tal vez lo que te voy a decir es mucho, pero el maligno( el diablo) no va a parar hasta que vos llegues al punto de querer suicidarte y hacerlo!. Vos obviamente necesitas ayuda!. Necesitas contarle a alguien que sepa, todo lo que te pasa!. Tal vez no te conosco mucho, pero voy a orar por vos!. Te digo porke yo tenia esos pensameintos desde los 17 (ahora tengo 21) y con la ayuda de dios y de la gente de la iglesia, sali de ese pozo!. Y vos necesitas un cambio!. que no esta aca , ni en el alchool!. Vos vales y tu vida vale!.Dios te creo con un proposito!. Y el diablo kiere evitar ke se cumpla!. Jesus, pelea la batalla por nosotros y ya gano!. Te ama y con su poder tu vida, va a dar un gran cambio!. Antes de hacer nada, acepta lo ke te digo!.
