Anger management problem?!


Question: Anger management problem!?
Ok!. I'm really pissed off right now!. Long story short lets jsut say someone who I REALLY cared about and liked alot who was also a FRIEND of mine for a few years is an *** hole!. And i feel like hes forgetting about me!. I did nothing to him and for a year and half hes been basically torturing me because ive allowed this!. Now i'm done!. I'm really mad and I need something to do to take my anger out on!. What do you suggesT!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Go into a closet and scream into a pillow!. Scream scream scream your head off!.
2!.Write down mean things in a journal ;)
3!. Play a sport that you can really unleash your feelings in!.
4!. Go running and pound out all your emotion into your footsteps!.

Go for a run, go to the gym, go smack you head into a wall!. You'll feel better after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
