Anxiety causing problems?!
Question: Anxiety causing problems!?
I have generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks from time to time, I have been to a dr and take Xanax as needed when I'm edgy!. Day to day I am pretty good, however I still am pretty obsessive about my health, particuarly my heart, for the record I'm 27, not overweight, eat healthy, actually became a vegetarian recently and the only family history of heart problems was my grandpa who had a heart attack in his 70s!. I also had a good ekg 6 months ago and my blood pressure is really good too!. B/c of my worries, I don't like going far from my house or in unfamiliar areas, I get worried that I'm going to be somewhere and not know where to go if I drop over from a heart attack or something!. Next week I'm supposed to go on a vacation w/ my boyfriend out of state and I'm really worried, yet at the same time know I'm being a little irrational, how do I calm myself down so I can go and enjoy myself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have terrible anxiety to!.!.!.!.i panic everytime i have to go out, i just want to say i completeley empathise with you and i hope you can find ways to conquer it sincerely!.
anxiety can be very crippling, i have it bad because of my ptsd, plays me havok most days!.

i am the exact same way!.!.!.!.i live in the doctor's office!.!.!.any little thing go wrong!.!.!.!.there i go running to the er!.!.!.!.!.i have "GAD" as well!.!.!.I'm currently taking effexor!.!.!.!.i fear being alone,without,illness!.!.!.!.!.and i worry myself to death!.!.!.I'm 28 I'm 5 ft 8 inches weight 146!.!.!.!.I'm pretty!.!.!.but i have this one Major problem called "GAD"!.!.!.!.!.!.women seem intimidated by me!.!.!.!.and I'm intimidated by them b/c they don't have the problem i have!.!.!.!.they have patience and peace of mind!.!.!.!.!.lucky them!Www@Answer-Health@Com
