How to not be scattered?!


Question: How to not be scattered!?
Hi
I usually feel scattered and it's affecting me alot!.
like I can't communicate and express myself well and so on!.

other times when I do feel clear-minded and focused, I feel great and I can express myself so well and I just feel so confident that I can handle anything, but this feeling doesnt always stay long!. usually few days later this feeling goes away and I'm back at the sactter land!.

How can meantain this feeling!? I see people around me seem to be always focused and clear-cut!. I want to be like that!.!.!.

Certainly your first problem is comparing yourself to others!. Try to find your center!. My center is nature!. Sometimes you just have to focus just a little more!. If it is not that simple and you feel that talking to a psychologist about this matter will ultimately ease your inability to focus, do that!. If something affects you, you have to find the source or what is causing that behavior!. You can find a psychologist anywhere, they should give you the coping skills to help you better focus and communicate effectively!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, as much disapproval as I might get for this answer, many people find a small dose of marijuana every morning to be a wonderful start for the day!. Don't get the wrong idea however, all you would do is take two or three "puffs", just enough to get a slight buzz not a high, this will have a very calming effect on you, and you will find yourself thinking rather clearly!. The key is to find just the right dosage, and make sure you don't smoke enough for a high!. That is, if you're willing to indulge in that sort of thing, the last thing you want is to feel forced into it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
