This is a very serious issue, it is so hard for the loved ones of eating disordered people to cope with their problem!. It can break your heart seeing them get weaker and weaker each day and feeling hopeless about it!. Recovery is possible for anybody, you can't do somthing that will make him stop, it has to be the sufferrer himself that decides it is time to get help!. He needs help so very badly, try to find sombody that he can talk to about it, or talk to his parents about it!.

There are a few books on eating disorders directed specifically toward males!. Some of them are "Males with Eating Disorders", "The Invisible Man: A Self-help guide for Men with eating disorders, compulsive exercise, and bigorexia", and "Boys Get Anorexic Too!." I think only these kinds of books will help him because most of the other eating disorder books are directed only toward girls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit down next to him and tell him flat out how you feel and that you are worried, and don't stop until he tells you the truth!. (don't be crazy though and annoying!.!.!.!.be kind) and help him find a doctor or something who can help him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
