Answers:
Yes, most people are naturally put in a state of paralysis for sleep; those individuals whose bodies do not do this properly have a sleep disorder known as somnambulism, or sleepwalking!. Usually, these people are mobile (because their central nervous system remains active when it shouldn't be) during slow-wave sleep (the first cycle of sleep you experience for each sleeping session), which is why they typically do daily mundane tasks when they sleepwalk - such as trying to clean house, pouring some cereal, or brushing their teeth!. It is during the slow-wave sleep that you tend to dream about everyday tasks!.

Sleep TALKING is considered a disorder, but is much more common and is quite harmless!. It is called "somniloquy"!. If it really bothers other people sleeping near you, there are some medications that can help treat it if you consult your physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your mouth is not paralyzed!. Everyone has the ability to potentially sleep talk!. When people sleep walk, their body muscles do NOT lock up like in a normal sleep cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
