I doubt going to a doctor or psychologist will do the trick!. It's the first thing people recommend, but it's usually the very thing that helps the least!. The others who have answered your question have not brought up God for no reason!. Allow me to explain: In my home, there are 6 of us - my mother [who's on medication for depression], my father, me [20] & my three younger brothers [10, 14, 19]!. Dad works all morning & all afternoon !.!. mum remains at home!. As if our family weren't big enough as it is, three more children have been adopted into our family because my mother's sister died awhile ago - her kids became orphans!. How on earth is someone like my mum, who struggles with depression, supposed to manage 7 children on her own and not go crazy!? Not by her own strength, let me tell you that!. Jesus is the centre of our family, and He's the ONLY thing that keeps it together!. My personal relationship with Christ keeps ME together so mum doesn't have to worry about me at all!. That gives her one less headache!. Though my 19 year old brother's life has begun to spiral out of control lately, mum can at least relax a little by praying for him & knowing that I myself am doing what I can to help him get his life back into place!.

Since Jesus is the centre of our household, my parents breathe a little more, knowing that what they can't do, He can!. Going to church makes it all the better - Sunday school means that you'll get a break !.!. you can sit at church & listen to the Pastor encourage you & uplift you while a caring Sunday school teacher takes care of your children for you, teaching them positive things!. Going to church will give you a whole new family of people who will care for you and pray for you and love you!. You'll be able to meet other mums who may be going through the same thing as you!.

You'd be amazed at what Jesus can do for you if you just give Him the chance!. When I haven't been able to go to church and have felt down, I've called Christian carelines & the support, love & care they've given me has been incredible!. I've been able to call at any hour, about anything at all that has been bothering me, and I've gotten off the phone feeling refreshed, content & strengthened once more!. The Bible - the Word of God - is full of such encouragement & life !.!. stories of people who faced incredible troubles & made it through with the strength given to them by Jesus !.!. it's full of tips and advice on how to best live life!.

Most people just want to be able to get by in life - and feel they lack what's necessary in order to make it!. Jesus will provide that daily bread!. You will NOT go without!. He cares for you & loves you - He doesn't want to see you stressed out, or unhappy !.!. What He's got in store for you and your lovely family is an abundant life! You just have to want it!. A relationship with Jesus could wind up being the best decision you ever made not just for you - but for your children too!

I'd been lending my Christian music CD's to my little brother [10 years old], and one night he shared this with me!. True story:

"I cry when I listen to the song ALWAYS by Seventh Day Slumber!. I like the part that says - When you feel like giving up, I will walk you through, and when you feel like life's too much, remember Jesus is your strength!."

He continued: "I cry listening to that because it makes me so happy to know that no matter what happens to me, Jesus is my strength!." Isn't that wonderful! What a blessing for my mother - her son knows he's got more support in life than just her! That knowledge must ease her anxieties about him so much!

He also loves another song titled, "Jesus in my life!." It's a children's song by Hillsong Kids !.!. The chorus is: "Everything's OK & everything's alright, because I have Jesus in my life!" My little brother shouts it out at the top of his lungs & informed me once that every child should hear the song because it would make them feel so much better!. He's let me know that he sometimes feels insecure about his appearance, but I told him once that Jesus never makes mistakes & that though he may not like the way he looks now, he'll understand the reason for it someday & learn to love himself!. These days, he comes up to me with "lists" full of reasons why his "flaws" are his best attributes!. Unbelievable! He's only 10 years old!. Friend, that is what Jesus can do for you and your family!

My parents would be the first ones to tell you it's all true - my relationship with Jesus has led me to refrain from drugs, drinking, sleeping around, wild parties etc!. Most mothers can only dream of knowing that they don't have to worry much about their kids, because their kids are firmly grounded & have strong morals & values!. Mothers who allow Jesus into their families don't have to dream - it comes true :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm glad you're trying to find some time for yourself in the morning!. you deserve it! try to find more if at all possible!.
i'm not sure about your financial situation but maybe paying someone you trust to go over to your house and help you out could be useful (even if you're home too), just to have an extra hand!.
or i think your older children could be asked to help you out a lil more than usual with your younger child!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't listen to that bullcrap, depression is a rough illness, underestimated definately!.!.!.!. just stay strong take care of your kids and keep your head up, but like the guy said earlier, goto church, get involved with god, he's the best counselor for you!.!.!. and for your family!.!.!. kids are definately hard work!.!.!.!. and depression is not a good motivator at all, just think of what you're doing that other people aren't, you're so very important, 3 lives depend on you, and ONLY you, just keep your head up and think of the bright side, you have 3 potential stars you're raising, or 3 potential doctors, lawyers, just all around gifted citizens, try to get out more, if you can't afford a babysitter for 2 hours a week or just don't trust one, take the kids with you!.!.!. go for a visit to the park, play with them, when im feeling upset i just try my hardest to make the situation the best it possibly could be, play with the kids, have fun, you have 3 kids to keep you occupied, how much more entertainment can you ask for!? the best advice i can give is just think of the bright side, and make the best of the time you have with them, one day they won't be there!. Good luck and I hope all gets better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
