Does anyone's mind race in their sleep?!

Question: Does anyone's mind race in their sleep!?
During a sleep study, I stated that I couldn't sleep because my mind was racing and the technician stated that I had been asleep!. This is very aggravating and I don't feel as if I get enough rest!. My mind-racing is not a particular thought or idea, it is more of connecting dots - one thought leads to another and another and it becomes more of a blur than a thought (probably because I am asleep)!. Knowing that I am sleeping helps me deal with this better, but I feel like I need to be able to control my thought processes!. Help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
