Question: What can I do so I don't get easily overwhelmed with stress!? HELP!!?
I tend to easily lose my patients with so many things and I try to keep myself content!. Sometimes it's hard for me to not to feel overwhelmed with certain issues surrounding my life!. I think what makes matters worse is keeping my feelings and emotions bottled up inside, and later on I totally explode!. Life is hard sometimes but I always try to be a positive person, and think about the good instead of the bad!. I know that for every bad day there will always be a better one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many things you can do to bring peace into your life!. Chronic stress can be very harmful to your health and to your brain!.
Don't overestimate the power of your thoughts as they can help relieve your stress levels!. Thinking positive is good!.
Exercise helps burn up stress hormones so exercise daily
Sleep soundly and get plenty so you fell calm and relaxed
Breathe deeply in and out several times a day for 5 minutes
Read something inspiring, reflect ( Meditate) pray
Get some support
For mental clarity and energy you need to eat nutritiously
Think of pleasant things to derail your stress, slowdown
Listen to pleasant music to help keep you calm
Think of something pleasant or a special place you love these types of visions will help you relax!.
When you feel anger or rage, make a funny noise, it deflects the anger which causes the stress!.
Laughter is also a great stress reliever!. Especially good healthy belly laughs!.

I don't know how old you are, however if you are young, you need to learn to manage the stress now!. Stress can age you faster, make you tired and also make you look and feel haggard!. High blood pressure, strokes and heart attacks are all caused by too much stress in our lives!.

To improve the quality of your life it is important to learn to manage stress and eliminate it as much as possible!.
Take one day at a time and try to finish one thing at a time!.
Rome was not built in a day!. Relax and look back on each day and see how much you have accomplished not at what you did not do!.
Write down your tasks by priority and work through them one at a time!. As you cross them off you will feel good and will see all that you have accomplished!. It may seem overwhelming to you simply because you do not have a focus or plan on how to get things done!.
I love to read, when I am stressed out I concentrate on a good book!. I also love music and Just sitting down for awhile and listening to my favorite music helps me to boost my mood and relax!.

when my son felt like this I made a special board!.

It had nails all over it big and small!. I barely nailed them in !.!.must have been a couple hundred on this board!. He was so mad at his Dad!.!.he had anger issues!.
I told my son that when he gets mad to go outside to his board and pick up a hammer and start hammering down on the nails!.!.he would get tired and soon his fits of rage slowwed down!.
He told me one day I don't want to be mad anymore cause I get tired, I LMAO !!

I know we all get overwhelmed with life and the stuff it throws at ya!. Go to the beach or mountains and screammmmmmmmmmm and cry and get what ever it is you have bottled up inside and let it out!. Only you know what is causing this!.
