Do i have to,,,?!

Question: Do i have to,,,!?
When I was in gym one day I lost my things ,,after that I started to become obsessively afraid of losing my things ,,since that time I started to check the lockers, keys, the electronic stuff if they were off or on*afraid there will be fire*and you can add to the list many many many things ,,,
I check more then 5 times and I just cant get rid of this bad habit I always fear that I will lose my things sometimes even when they are in front of me
And sometimes I ever panic while they are in safe place I run to make sure that they are in the same place
Is this becoming up normal or not!?,,and how I can break the cycleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like OCD,but to have a diagnosis of it,your repetitive behavior must take at least 1 hour each day of your time!.Go see a doctor,he should be able to help, some are far more severe than you!.I nearly got diagnose as having OCD but it didn't take one hour of my time each day so he didn't diagnose me with OCD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might be developing obsessive compulsive disorder!. You could try medication or cognitive behavioral therapy, the therapist would work with you to try to control your symptoms and your thinking that might lead to your obsessive behavior!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
