How do you lift yourself out of depression?!


Question: How do you lift yourself out of depression!?
Answers:
By getting out of the house so you can't sit around and have way too much time to think! Sometimes we kinda force ourselves to stay in the depression instead of doing anything to get out of our mood!. Days you are depressed try to do anything!. Whether it's scrubbing down the whole house, yard work, window shopping, visiting friends, anything that isn't quiet!. You don't need more time to think!!! The best thing you can do is think positive and keep your mind busy with positive thoughts!. Good luck Hun, I hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly that is an individual question!. You have to dig deep within yourself and find out exactly what is going on inside then determine what you want to come from it!

For me taking a deep cleansing breath of fresh air, going into a quiet space and allowing myself to actually address whatever is hurting me at the time!.

Once I get a grip on what is hurting me and why I go for a walk, write poetry, have a bowl of ice cream or put on some music and just listen with my soul!. I went on you tube and made a play list and named it "feel good music"!. So now whenever I need a boost it is ready to be played!.

With all that said find the center of the pain and work it from the inside out!. Once you figure it out do what makes you feel good and give yourself time to deal with and work through the issue!. Surround yourself with friends and family!. Stay AWAY from alcohol, you don't want to relate alcohol to getting you through any of your emotional times because before you know it you will turn to it for comfort which could turn into a bigger problem and besides that alcohol is a depressant so ultimately you may end up feeling worse than to begin with!.
