Answers:
Just because it is in the past, it doesn't mean it no longer affects you!. You need to acknoledge that these issues are taking a large toll on you today, and affecting your marriage!. When I finally sought therapy, I did not believe I could afford it!. Now I realize I could not afford to not have it!. There are options for subsidized counseling!. Look around!. Do not settle for the first person you find!. Spend some time seeing if you can connect and trust your counselor!. If not, keep looking!. You have some major demons to work through!. You will need to feel fully supported while you do this!. If not, you will not be successful!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have or know a pastor/preacher!? They are always willing to listen and can guide you towards other options!.!.!.there is also Lutheran Social Services, it's counseling that is provided at a discount, depending on your income!. Like the other poster stated, you can't afford not to get professional help at this point!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need professional help and not anonymous websites with people trying to help, who have no basis or expertise!. health insurance will cover mental health care, so you should check into it!. If you don't and keep feeling this way, at some point your husband won't want to put up with it!. Get some help!. Is the cost worth your marriage!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Although I haven't experience the same problems you have, I would still like to give you my input!.

It seems that you know what the problem is, you've identified it, and you know when you are doing it!. So why don't you stop!? I think you are using your past as an excuse at this point!.

I had a horrible marriage, but now that I'm married to a good woman I don't have a problem!. I could treat her bad and blame it on my mother(abusive and psycho) or ex wife, but I know my current wife is neither of them!.

As horrible as your past has been don't use it as a crutch to excuse your behavior!. Also, don't think that your reactions are due to your past!. You sound like an average woman/man!. We all get PO'd sometimes when we keep calling and calling knowing that they usually have their phone on their hip all day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
