Okay so I am sure I have O!.C!.D!. I'm just not sure how to tell my Mom and my Dad!. Can you please tell me how to tell them!? Thank you in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your sure you have OCD!?Did you discover you had that by checking it out on the Internet!?If yes,self-diagnosis is very ineffective and dangerous!.If you did ask a professional,than the best way i would see to tell your parents is to tell it to one of them when they are alone!.Explained it to your mom or dad first and tell them you might have this disorder!.After all,plenty of people have it,it's nothing to fear neither to be ashamed of!.When you did explain it to one,you can either explain it to the other after with the same explication or ask one of them to tell the other one!.

First, steer clear of self diagnosis!. This is a clinical skill that mental health professionals spend years learning and shaping!.
Next, just tell your parents that you have some concerns regarding some behaviors that you have noticed in yourself recently and see about getting some counseling!. You may find that you are just stressed more so than normal (stress can do that to some folks)!.
Talk to a counselor/therapist/psychologist and see what they think before you jump to conclusions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
