Question: Any tips for dealing with feelings of claustrophobia at work when surrounded by too many people!?

I have the same problem!. Yes, just try to focus on what you need to be doing!. If you are having these feelings other times too in crowds you may have an anxiety disorder like I do!. If so, you need to see your Dr and may even need medication for it!. Before doing that tho, try to take deep breaths and concentrate on your breathing!. If you have to, excuse yourself to go to the restroom or something until you feel better!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

common problem hunny dont worry you aint on your own, anxiety is mostly to blame, there for leading to claustrophobia you proberly think people are looking at you, well most do as thats life but with your problem its like only you who feel it just stay in the situation when it arrises and think we are all the same no ones any different to you, and most of them feel the same be strong hang in there and you will over come it ok tc good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you suffer from anxiety then one of the ways to ease it day to day is to cut down on caffeine and booze (unfortunately)!. I used to get anxious but since I've cut back on both of those I get the feelings a lot less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take yourself out of the situation whenever it gets bad; even if it is only to the loo!. Take deep, deep breaths and try and calm yourself!. Buy yourself some Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy from Boots the Chemist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
