How can I train myself not to need that much sleep?!


Question: How can I train myself not to need that much sleep!?
I have found myself sleeping 9 to 12 hours of sleep a night!. I am very busy so this kind of makes my day very busy!. What can I do to only need like 6 or 7 hours of sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a while and spend some time studying sleep hygiene techniques!.!.!.google it, I bet you will have plenty to read!.

Take small steps! Figure out what time you wake up everyday and try to get up 30 minutes eralier for a few weeks, then drop it by another 30 minutes!.!.!.

the brains needs 5!.5 hours of sleep to be rested!.!.!.anything more is personal preference!. I used to sleep 8-10 hours a night and now function on 6-7, can cut it to 5 if Im really busy and still feel coherant during the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think thats something someones born with , I don't think you can train yourself , I may be wrong i don't know , but I usually find that I sleep less the earlier I go to sleep like going to bed at 11 I will probably sleep 7-9 hours when going to bed at 2 am I could sleep closer to 10 hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com

caffeine is healthy for you, in moderation!.!.!. I'd just wake up earlier, (set your alarm) and start the day with coffee, be organized with your time and you won't seem that busy, time management and working efficiently during your day will make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Set your alarm clock 30 minutes to an hour before you normally would, and the first time it rings open your window and let the light it!. Or when you hear it just get out of bed, and don't lay there!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
