Answers:
i doubt she'll get MAD
but you really need to listen to her
she set that goal for a reason!.
and so there is a reason you should have met it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some problems take longer to accomplish than others!.
Hopefully the both of you will continue to work on helping you cut back on exercising!. It takes time to look at the reasons you feel you need to exercise!. Maybe you can agree to do something else that might be easier for you to accomplish!.
Work with her to come up with something you both can agree on!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Therapists don't get mad - this is one of the things people find frustrating about them!. They don't react to you the way people normally would - they ask you why and how do you feel about this!?!. This is part of the therapy - it helps you to find reasons to change your own behaviour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you exercise 4-5 hours aday!? you need a job!! a physical job !. not some office type where you sit on your bum , but one where you are physical , maybe that will get you tired !.

as far as seeing a therapist you might need one !. Just keep in the mind when you are seeing them ,that its a good one for if you break down the word therapist you get

Be honest!. You're suffering from an eating disorder!? Then you probably have a strong desire to please!. Don't do that!.!.!.!.!.be straight with her!.
She won't get mad;that's not a therapist's job!.
They are there to see you through your problems and help you get to a place in your mind where you're good with who you are!.
If there's one thing that can impede therapy it's when the patient isn't honest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fortunately that's what therapy is for, if you don't improve right away you can keep coming back!. There is no set time for you to be "ok!." Just keep working at it!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will not find a Therapist or psychiatrist that has ever cured a patient!. It can't be done!. All they do is help you accept your self!. They make money off of you needing them to do that!. She won't be mad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's a bunch of people who do that!. Trust me, she will not get mad as long as you're honest!. She can help you find a way to help with your exercise diet!. Maybe like watching TV or reading a book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She will never get MAD at you!. She may get concerned or have you try something different or new but she will NEVER EVER yell at you or flip out of you!. She is trained to deal with these kind of situations so just be truthful with her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She would not go mad at you!. Tell her the truth!!!!!! She honestly does not expect you to break long term habits in one week!. Do not be so hard on yourself and do not slip into lying to her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I never lie to my psychiatrist, pediatrician or psychologist as I know they understand :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

be truthful with your therapistWww@Answer-Health@Com
