Answers:
i'm not particularly afraid of failure!. To me "failure" is a meaningless word!.!.!.!.!.it has no bearing on your worth as a person!. If you TRIED, yet failed, you are not culpable!. But in this society (Western, at least), we have been socialized into believing it is such a horror to fail!. Or we were born or raised in a way in which 'failure' has such grave implications!. Many societies, especially in the far East, do not have this belief!. Other cultures are often more afraid of not helping their group - they do not even have a vocabulary or language for individual failure!.

Has someone made you feel like it is so awful to fail!? That can have a far reaching effect on your development if that is the case!.

How do you get over it!? Ask yourself how logical it is to beat yourself up over something that may be beyond your control!. Who is judging you based on your success / failure!? If it is others, then they are idiots - because the true measure of a person is how kindly they treat others!. There is no logical reason to use any other measuring stick, except for cultural pressure and others' superficiality!.

Just try your best at the exam and -accept- that you might "fail"!. Perhaps you could expose yourself to the fearful term - repeat "i may fail!.!.!.!.i may fail!." "I am accepting that this may happen, because nothing in this life is certain!." It has been clinically proven that once a brain moves towards acceptance of a possible threat, it gets bored!.!.!.!.literally bored!. And hopefully, the world "failure" will bore you over time, repeated like a drone into utter meaninglessness, like it should be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is absolutely normal to fear failure!. The trick is to see it for what it is, that being a defense mechanism built into us that motivates you to go back and cross your T's and dot your i's, or feeds the need to study long hours for a test!. Its that fear of failure that drives ordinary individuals to take extraordinary risks to make things happen to ensure or bring about succes, when if they hadnt taken that risk, failure would have been the definate outcome!. The trick is to be realistic in your fear assessment, and realize that a failure is only a total failure when dont take the time to figure out what caused the failure, so you can take the steps to prevent it from happening again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is afraid of failing at some point in their life!.!.!. but what you have to tell yourself is that you will do the best you can and no matter what the outcome is, you tried your best and that is something to be very proud of!.

And what is the worst that can happen if any of us fails!? We either do something else or we try again!.

As far as I can tell, most regrets in life come from not trying in the first place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All the time, and the biggest thing you have to remember is we are all just people!. We are not super human and I thought it was interesting to talk with a family member that is an M!.D!. and was told that people look at her for the answers to everything all the time and the truth of the matter is that sometimes they do know the answer and sometimes they have to do a little homework!.!. I think you will be fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its cool , we all are , I'm afraid of failing at many things , just don't let the fear take over keep it under control and keep doing your best you'll eventually overcome it as you get older I think , good luck :) !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing that can make you fail is yourself!. if you study and pay Attn in class and don't listen to what everyone else thinks of the test you will do fine focus on you and passing the testWww@Answer-Health@Com
