I feel sorrow inside...?!


Question: I feel sorrow inside!.!.!.!?
!.!.!.Like a part of me is dead!.!.!.every morning when I wake up!.!.!.I say no one knows this!.!.!.how sad I am!.!.!.I do everything my daily tasks!.!.!.but I think I'm in a kind of depression!.!.!.

Does anyone else feels this way!.!.!.!?

If yes !.!.!.is there a way to cure this inside sorrow!.!.!.

I'm in a late 20-ies not married!.!.!.and basically I don't have friends do go out with!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds as though you've lost your joy - it may be that you've never found it in the first place though!. Dude offers some good advice, but honestly focusing on the beauty in your life is the only way that you will ultimately change your attitude!. An exercise I've used that's pretty good is to keep a gratitude journal - I know this sounds a little Oprah-esque, but I'd been doing it years before she advised it!. Spend 10 minutes just before bedtime writing about what happened during your day for which you're grateful - it can be as simple as someone holding a door open for you, the sweet juice of a peach running down your chin, or a stranger smiling at you in the street!. By shifting your focus to the positive for those ten minutes a day, eventually your brain will transition into looking for the positive in your everyday life!. Keeping the journal will help you track your progress!. (I do mine electronically so nobody can see it but me)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah i know how you feel!.!.!. I mean I've been suicidal and I used to cut!. But I felt like I was dead inside, and I just watched other people and thought they don't even know!. I finally tried to kill myself, but cops came before I had the chance to do it!. I got put in a a mental health unit for 11 days and after that I got put on meds and in therapy, but it still doesnt help me out!. and yeah there is a way for it to stop but it depends if its depression from a chemical imbalance medication will help!. but if its over something with yourself talking to someone can help!. I found that out too late :(

Even though I'm young I used to feel this way!.!.!.!.!.like I don't need to live, but I wouldn't cut myself!.!.!.!.!.the way I got better is I found God!.!.!.!.!.like I knew him but I didn't fully know him!.!.!.!.and when I gave evrything up to him and told him everything and trusted him with it I felt soo much better!.!.!.!.!.!.I know to you it might seem dumb to do this but I'm a different person then I was!.!.

So just focus on him and you will feel better

Millions of people feel this way!. The good news is that you can take steps to fix it pretty quickly!.

First, go see a doctor (Medical) and tell him/her how you feel!.

Here are some other things that you can do!.

1!. Change your sleeping pattern!. Make sure that you are getting at least 6 hours a night!. Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time, 7 days a week!.

2!. Drink more water!.

3!. Change your life pattern!. If after dinner you usually sit down and watch TV!. Then 3 days a week, take a walk instead!. If you read a book every night, listen to music instead!. Change your patterns!.

4!. Join a gym and work out, it is social and good for you!.

5!. Join at least 2 clubs!. Check with the town, you can find stuff out that is going on near you, or call a church!.

6!. If your job sucks, that one is a little harder, but you may want to consider changing that!.

You need some change!.

I feel like that sometimes too!. I woke up this morning feeling like that!. I think that we just need to remind ourselves that we do have good lives!. I have found that if you focus on the bad then thats what you will get!. We have to retrain ourselves to think good thoughts into our lives!. I know what its like to feel like you don't have any friends to talk to!. I will be your friend!. Also do you have family!? When I get really down I go visit my family and talk!. You sound like a very smart, kind loving person!. You just need to learn to love yourself!. You have self worth! Stand up and refuse to let these miserable thoughts take control of your life!. Expect good things for yourself and you will get them!. I turned my thoughts around today and you can do the same!

Dude is right!. Alot of people feel sad!. Mental is the worse!. if you break a leg they put a cast on it and it heals!. Your mind is very complicated!. You do need to talk to a DR!. they can prescribe something!. It may take time to get the script right but in the long run you will feel better!. You need to make friends!. It's just a phase and it will pass!. Do something wonderful for yourself!. Treat yourself to something that you enjoy!. Sure that will only be a temporary solution but at least it will ease your thoughts for the time being!.
