Question: How to reduce anxiety!?
I'm having a surgical procedure done next week and couldn't sleep last night!. I am somewhat anxious!. Do you think my doctor could prescribe an anti-anxiety medicine or sleep medicine!?

Right before most surgical procedures, they will inject you with some form of benzodiazapene that will not only calm you down, it will also block your memory of the whole experience!.
