Question: Help I hate my life right now how can I stop feeling this bad!?
I have really bad anxiety I obsess over even the smallest most unimportant things and sometimes get nervous to the point where I'm actually sick!.
I feel really rundown and depressed, tired and s**tty all the time with no energy!. I also twitch randomly sometimes and my hands shake like a drug addict going cold turkey!.
I self-harm and make really detailed suicide plans in my head and thinka bout death a lot!.
Thats about all I can think of right now!.

This sounds like me, just how i was about 2 months ago!. For me it went away with time!. I stopped self-harming and the suicidal thoughts went away!. I'm over it but its still hard now!. You need to talk about it with someone, and not let it beat you!. Talk to your doctor or someone you trust!.
When you feel like self harming or suicidal, try other ways to handle your feelings, e!.g punch a punch bag!.
Don't worry because things will get better with time!. Stay strong

No, there are many people out there who suffer from depression or anxiety, myself included!. I was suicidal as a teen and actually tried to commit suicide!. I deal much better with the depression as an adult, but I recently began having panic attacks, which leave me feeling extremely weak and irritable!.

You need to be open with someone about how you are feeling!. Whether it's a doctor or psychiatrist (my suggestion) or family or a friend!. You need someone to talk to about this that can help talk you down!. You need a support system!.

Personally, I have extreme reactions to anti-depressants and refuse to take them!. But they may work for you!. There are a multitude of reasons for depression including a chemical imbalance!.

When someone asks you why you are so depressed, are you able to answer them clearly!? Or do you just feel that way and you can't even explain it to yourself!. If the 2nd one, it is most likely a chemical imbalance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It makes me feel pretty optimistic!. Life does get better!. Remember what you love, remember that you can help others, be there for others and make someone else's life so much better!.
If you're comfortable with it, try getting some professional help, or visit a healer!. You're not a freak!. If you're depressed, you have a serious mental illness that needs to be cured, it's not easy but if you can get through it you should feel proud of yourself!. My brother has been battling with it for around four years, and he is really beginning to get better now!. I'm so proud of him, his goals are growing and so is his smile!. I live to see him laugh :D
Small as your problem may seem, it is never 'unimportant'!. Everyone's problems are relative to their own circumstances and you should never try to compare them!.

no u aint a freak, looks like ur suffering from depression,
coz ive had depression for 7 yrs, im now 23 with a baby and my depression got from bad to worse, i used to think about suicide 24/7, ive even attempted suicide countless amount of times, i used to make a brainstorm about different ways i could kill myself and where ever i went i had a suicide note with me!. for the last few months ive been on anti-depressants and im a totally different person, im enjoiyng life, i NEVER feel suicidal!. the best thing u should do is go and speak to ur GP about wots happening, u aint a freak, coz alot of people go through this, but uve got to remember that this aint normal, u must see ur GP ASAP!. takecare hun XWww@Answer-Health@Com

No you are not a freak!! but you should see a doctor!. I have gone through terrible panic attacks and it developed i to agoraphobia but I sought help and believe me it does help, it is daunting at first but once you understand why you are feeling the way you are things can improve for you, it wont happen straight away but getting help it always a start!. If you are self harming and having suicidal thoughts please tell somebody - even if it is over the phone like a helpline, there are other people with the same problems you are not alone!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to be more optimistic!. Life is better than what you actually think or feel!. Try to feel good!. I sometimes have the same problem!. Don't take life too seriously, and don't give up!. u really need to talk to your doc, i no its a hard step to take but once uv dun it things will move on in your life!. if u cant face ur doc face toface then write a letter, they will take it from there and may refer u to talk to sum1 or medication!. people can help!. be brave and strong!. and no ur not a freak!!!!!!!!! depression is a illnessWww@Answer-Health@Com

dude we need to hang out!. just be optimistic but tis really hard to do ,i know, so what u need is someone to be optomisstic for u!. hang out with a freind who is really intrested in you ( not like like u but jsut wants to hang out)!.
