Hmm!. There are a few things!.

First of all, you must realize that this is an unhealthy habit, and you are clearly trying to take control of this!. Congrats to that, and I hope you see the light!.

Look through this whole site, and the second link has a specfic area you may want to search!.

I think you should see your doctor!. Tell them how you would llike to keep this away from your parents, as you don't want to displease annd anger them!. Maybe he/she can help!.

Another option is when you think about throwing up, think about it again, and don't do it!.

See your school's guidance counsellor!.

You won't like this one!. Tell your parents!. I know this is exactly what you don't want to do, but it may be the best, easiest thing to help!. Although your parents may be shocked and upset at first, they will want to help you and make sure you are safe!. They love you!.

Good Luck, and I hope you get over your disorder!

If that doesnt work and you cant tell them then call your highschool to see if they have a school based counseling program!. You can tell your parents youre going to hang out with some friends at the high school, and when you get there, talk with the counselor about your problem!.
