I'm feeling really depressed?!


Question: I'm feeling really depressed!?
I don't know why!. Nothing happened for me to be sad!. It's the same damn thing everyday!. I think I'm becoming depressed because I have felt like this all week!. I feel crying!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've been feeling like this for a week!? Or has it been longer!?

I became depressed for no reason!. Everything seemed to be going fine, but I was just very low!. I'm out of it now, but I do wish I had gone to the doctor earlier than I did!.

Most doctors won't think that feeling low for a week is anything to be concerned about - though it is an awful feeling, it may go away soon!. It could be hormones, or just 'one of those things'!.

If you carry on feeling like this for another couple of weeks, I'd suggest going to see your doctor!.
If then your doctor thinks that you are clinically depressed, he/she may prescribe some medication for you, which you can talk about!. You could also talk about counselling, which I personally have found to be very helpful!.


When I went to the doctor, I had a blood test and was tested for anaemia - I don't know much about that, but my doctor obviously thought that could cause me to feel low!.
It may not be depression at all, but it's definitely worth going to the doctors if you still feel like this in another week or so, just in case!.

In the short-term, things like taking a relaxing bath, eating chocolate, exercising and doing things you enjoy can help boost your mood!.

this happens to a lot of people!.!. depression is something measured on a scale!.!. don't scare yourself suddenly into thinking you're in "depression"

think about some reasons!?
like the first person said - perhaps NOTHING is happening that is why you're feeling like so!.!.!.
if you are busy and have things in your life that give you happiness and fulfilment you won't have time to be "sad"!.!.!. I find when I'm not occupied and have too much lazy time I simply get bored and upset because I just look at the negative things in my life!.!. it's like a loop you need to get out of!

try doing something new or exciting!

Perhaps you are depressed because anythind DID NOT HAPPEN!. You are bored of monotony!. So try to make something happen(in the good sense)!. Go on a holiday, pamper yourself, or take part in contests and hit the jackpot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cry that can help alittle bit just let it out!. Get professional help whether it be counseling or medication!. Hopefully both!. Because if you are having problems with depression and no triggers it could just be clinical depression!. Get help!
