Why do I always worry about what others' think of me?!

Question: Why do I always worry about what others' think of me!?
I don't know what to do with my life anymore!. I've signed up for college in 2004 and still struggling to complete it!. It's a two year program!. I dropped out at least 6 or seven times, can't remember well due to bad memory!. That's not my only problem!. I can't focus on anything and everything I do!. Distractions is my number one enemy!. I work pretty well when I'm alone but when it comes to doing anything near other people I cna't focus no matte how hard I try!. I tend to alwayz worry about what others' think about me, that it's ruining my life!. Anyone else with this problem!? I've been to counscelling and all that and I"m left with nothing else to do now!. Thinking about other options but it would hurt my family so I"m asking you guys!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called low self esteem and frankly you have an insecurity issue!. You don;t like yourself and your life and the first place to look is others!. How they treat you, memory issues, ability to focus, somepeople excuse it away and chock it up to A!.D!.D!. Well, all you need to do is put those childhood memories away ( and you have them ), sit back alone as you say you do best when you're alone, take a breath and go to a place mentally that allows to fixate on exactly what in your life would be an exciting to do or make a goal for!. Then put the bricks in place and work at that goal!. Along the way, you may need the support, help or some assistance from others to get there!.!.!.!.!.!.and some parts you can do on your own!. What ever it, the goal is the objective - not the process you take to get there!.

Your focusing on the freeway to the end result!. Focus on how you'll drive the car to get there!. It works!.!.!.!.!.GOOD LUCK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

N i lost focus and could never consintrate on the situation!.!.!.!.I overcame that!.!.!.i think you should start thinking about people and how they arent the ones running your life you are!.!.!. its you,,, you can act how you want dress like you want do whatever you want too!.!.!. the true people who become your friends and care about you because of who you are are the selected ones that should be in your life!.!.!. i hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know most people will blow this answer off but for me it was about realizing that worrying is sin, in that we are telling God "no its ok I can do this on my own I don't need your help"!. I just release all my problems and worries to God because only he knows how it will turn out, and worrying at all will not help the problem be solved!. When it comes to being around other people, I am the same way!. I have to force myself to see that people are not thinking, or judging me the way I judge myself!. Most people feel the same, they are wondering what you are thinking of them!. By now I am sure you have realized that it is hard, impossible to do things, simple things with so many distractions!. When I got to that point, I surrendered my life to God, and my life has never been the same!. I know that most people will blow that off as a dumb reasoning, but my life is proof that God is there!. Hope I helped, if not just know that you are not the only one who feels that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you worry about what other people think, then you are probably a very aware and empathic person!.

I guess you have low self esteem!?

Also you might try mindfulness as it calms the analytical part of your mind down!. See MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)!. Jon Kabat-Zinn developed courses like this!. An 8 week course is the one I did, and it really helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
