Am I completely insane, psycho?!

Question: Am I completely insane, psycho!?
All my life I've asked myself the same question: I am insane!?
Sometimes all I can think of is killing people in the utmost horrible fashion, sometimes I do horrible things to small insects and the like!.!.!.!.I better not get into details!.!.!.
I'll give you a mild example though!. When I saw a man once walking on the street and I was in 'the mood', so I fantasized about slitting him open and eating his guts, while he was still alive!. What should I do!? Nobody thinks that I'm psycho because I never told anyone, what should I do!? I think I'll flip soon and do things I don't want to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to control your thoughts!. Look what you have said - You don't WANT to think or do any of this, so why should you let it happen!? All it is doing is making you confused, and making you almost believe you are a different person than what you really are!. Nobody is born with these kinds of thoughts, therefore they have been developed over time (Whether through a distressing childhood, traumatic events, maybe watching too much violence within the media!?) Violence within the media does infact numb people to the severity of what they are seeing - Because it happens so often!. It's a form of acceptance, which is what you are doing with these thoughts!. You need to, with the help of a psychiatrist, get them in line, or even gone!. You should contact a psychiatrist as soon as possible and keep this as one of your top priorities in life at the moment!.

These thoughts could be fragments of trauma from your past that have been distorted in ways that you can deal with them better and in ways that they don't relate to your past but will still shock you!.

Go see a psychiatrist, talk to them before you talk to any of your friends or family about this!. I think you're REALLY brave for expressing this, and you have already overcome the first (And possibly largest) step - One that I'm sure many people in the world today are too afraid to mention at all, ever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest you go to counceling!. If you don't want people around you to know, then just go somewhere people don't know of!. I don't think that you're insane or psycho, just in need of a little help!. Remember, counselors don't tell anything!. So you don't have to worry about anyone finding out if you don't want to!. I think that you should tell someone that you completely trust and have them go with you to your meetings so they can help you throughout the day!.

I would start going before you do something you'll regret!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you feel that you may hurt someone or do things you don't want to do, do not waste any time, go directly to a doctor!.
You will not be "in trouble" or reprimanded for what you think, you will be helped!. Go to an emergency room, or any kind of doctor!.
Nobody can control what thoughts come into our minds, what we can control is what we do with those thoughts!. You seem like you are fearful of what you are going to do with the thoughts you are getting!.
I think that you should seek medical advice soon before anything gets out of control!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Interesting thing is that people that urges to do horrible things all the thing!. Only difference between us and animals is our ability to control those urges that we know are wrong!. If you do something bad, you can't blame it on anything but yourself, and depending on how bad it is!.!.!.you can end up dead yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
