Why can't I sleep tonight?!


Question: Why can't I sleep tonight!?
It's really late and I haven't gotten to bed yet!. I'm extremly tired but whenever I try to sleep I just can't!. And these nights come around a lot!. It's really bothering me!. Maybe, I had sugar and that's keeping me up!? Oh well at least it's summer!

Got any ideas on how I can fall asleep!? No pills required!?

30 minutes before bed, turn off computer and video games!. these have infra red rays that stimulate the brain!. cut out all caffiene 4 hours before bed!. read a very boring book!. I cant sleep unless the tv is on!. do you have a pet!? i find cuddling up with my cat helps too because she is purring and that is very soothing!. exercise helps tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well my typical bedtime is from around 1am-1:30 sometimes later!. I just can't sleep before 11:00 anymore!. I like to stay up to do things i don't get done during the day though!. If you really want something there is a completely natural thing (thats already in your body) called melatonin!. its over the counter you can get it at walmart or places like that and it just replaces the melatonin that you have have lost in your body!. my mom and brother and other relatives tried it and it works great for all of them!. i however choose not to take it-i just don't care to sleep when i can do other things!. (so i can stay up and help people asking questions here like you :-) well ironically im getting tired so goodnight hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something tough and really tiring in the day which makes your body ache!. This will let your body not want to move and just sleep!. And include honey in your diet!. Honey helps insomnia (cannot sleep) very well!. Milk too!. oh and don't think of anything!. Just empty your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because your trying to sleep you should let it happen not force it such as trying to pull an all nighter you body wont let you so trying to sleep is kind of the same way try to trick yourself into an all nighter fase by drinking caffeine you probaly will crashWww@Answer-Health@Com

dont bring any serious thoughts to your mind before going to sleep!. switch off all the lights and make your bedroom dark and comfortable!. and dont think that you are not getting sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Play reverse psychology on your brain and tell yourself you are going to try to stay up all night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
