As a child i was sexually abused and never told anyone til i turned 23!. it practically ruined me keepin the secret in for so long!. i had night mares, thatled to me not even sleepin and having insomnia because i was afraid of the dreams!. you should tell anyone you think would listen!. call ahelp hotline for women who have been sexually abused and raped and they can help you make the right decisions without causeing a huge uproar i belive!. and pray sweet heart!. if u have faith god can pullyou thru anything!. u can email me anytime if u need to talk beautifulmomma38320@yahoo!.com!. i willbe glad to listen and help in any way i can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe you could call a hotline for sexually abused people!. You could probably find one online!. If you were sexually abused maybe you should go to the police!. You wouldnt want what happened to you to happen to other girls!. Its a good thing that you are trying to get help though!. Its brave that you want to talk to someone about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If i were you i would go to my counselor at school!. Maybe that would help since you currently dont have any family to go to!. Or write it down on a piece of paper to venture your feelings!. You cant keep them help up inside for the long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
