How do I get help?!
Question: How do I get help!?
Ok, so I'm think I'm finally ready to get help!.!. I'm very scared but I think things are over my head now!. So what do I do now!? I'm scared that I won't be able to find the right person to help!. I'm scared of what happens!. Like what is the first thing they do!? I think I have something like borderline personality or bipolar!.!.!. both are so similar!. but I heard that its so hard to get to the borderline personality diagnosis!. Does anyone know any good recommended experienced psychologists in New Jersey who have experience treating borderline!? I'd rather get that diagnosis out of the way if it isn't instead of trying out millions of possible treatments if I really do have borderline!. How do i go about this search!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

HUn i know you have all these though but stop and breath!. Don't try to dx your self it is only going to make things wrose!. you might have to see different therapsit to find that right one, trust me i have seen alot!. and have finally found the right one! she as helped me though alot!. Just breather and take it one step at a time and don't overload ur slef!. if that makes sence!. but yea you should see someone!. if you need to talk i'm here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went thru some of the same stuff, and i still am!.

Just chill!. Relax and take a deep slow breathe!. I dont know where you can get help, but my simple advise to you is breathe!. Dont worry about what is going to happen!. God will see you through this because he loves you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
