Have a read of 'The Ashton Manual' which will give you the valium switch method, then perhaps do some general benzo withdrawal reading, so you are aware of other approaches e!.g!. water titration!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes!. by far the easiest way is to switch to either a long acting benzo like valium or librium or phenbarbital(barbituate) and withdraw off of those(long half life =slow release from system=decrease in withdrawal!. also ask dr to consider taking a gabaergic drug like nuerontin, gabitril and/or topamaxx!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You'll want to cut the pills in quarters and go very slowly!. I've gone on and off this drug and I had HORRIBLE withdrawal!. Valium is MUCH weaker than clonazepam so switching to a weaker benzo might help ease your suffering a little, but you can still expect some withdrawal pains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
