This movement helps our brain filter out our nose and our blind spots!. This movement also filters out floaters, everybody has them, people with good vision filter them out much more easily!. When we get blurry vision or our health or brain are taxed, our eye movement is suppressed down to 300 shifts per minute or less!.The brain then struggles to filter out these things because there is much less information to work with!.
