chemically, it has to do with a neurotransmitter/ hormone called oxytocin!. oxytocin is released when you trust other people and feel same, which triggers the release of dopamine, the brain's chemical pleasure!. this reinforces trusting people as a positive activity, and the more you get used to trusting people, the more your brain will make you feel good!.
so my advice is to let your guard down and trust in those around you who you know are good people!. even if you feel alone or isolated, let some people in, and you'll feel safe if you let them be there for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My 2 dogs, birds and deer that I feed!. People can sometimes be so judgemental and not understand that folks with brain issues can still have bad days even if on the correct meds!.

Being with my family!. During the worst of my mental problems and drug use I isolated myself from my family!. I was ashamed at what I was doing and couldn't face them!. They helped me get to where I am today!. Without them I would be dead for sure!.
