I think many times what we think about continually does affect us, how we act, and how we approach life!. If we constantly think the worst or negative, we begin to be affected physically by that!. Trying to be aware of, and notice and appreciate the good things, and people in your life, can have a positive affect as well!. Some people spend too much time dwelling on what they don't have and all that's wrong, and it will affect you in many ways!. Eating healthy and not being involved in drugs and other such things helps as well!. We can't get away from the reality that life and those in our lives are not perfect, but we can eventually learn to see things in a healthier way!. We really can't change other people but we can change our own behavior and how we approach things!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
