Should I go see the doctor?!


Question: Should I go see the doctor!?
I think im badly stressed!. I use to be the vibrant straight As cheerful fun-to-be-with student, now I dont know what I am!. A walking zombie maybe!. College is so stressful and I find it really hard to sleep at night, I tossed and turned for like 2 or 3 hours and I cant never seem to have enough sleep!. It got worse everytime theres exam and I ended up doing badly in it, so there goes my record!. Deep inside of me, I wanted to cry so badly but I cant, and I cant share my problems with others because they have expectations, I put a fake smile so they know Im OK, and even if I do share anything with them, all they say was 'Youll be fine'!. Fark I wont be fine!. I donthave happy thoughts anymore, everything is so negative and Im a pessimist now!. I get headache very very often from thinking too much and I can spent the rest of the day just thinking!. without actually accomplishing anything!. I have suicidal thoughts evry time I think Im sick!. Should I go see the doctor!? Or am I being a drama quen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

but i will tell you try and calm down!.
you realized you are stressed and not getting enough sleep!. try looking at your schedule!.!.!.!.!.are there bits of time that could be better used!? Maybe a 45 mintue break between classes that you could put your head down, close your eyes, and get a mid day nap!? Or could you use that 45 mintues to review notes or start on the reading for the night!?

for those 2 and 3 hours are you worrying!? try making a list of everything that you are tyring to make sure you did, or will get done, or plan to to and then leave it for the morning knowing the list is right there waiting for you!. Or if you still have work left and you have already tossed and turned for 30 mintues, just start reading through your notes again!. Don't focus on 'I should be sleeping! I should be sleeping!' look over your notes and after 30 more minutes try to sleep again knowing you were productive with your time!.

It is okay to cry!. It is okay to tell other people you are stressed!. These people that have expectations surely can't expect you not to be stressed in college! If you think you want to try seeing the doctor than you should go!. If you don't want to, just by realising you have quite and over work problem you can start trying to fix it!.

-the only expecations you need to meet are your own - but every time you think suicidal thoughts ask yourself what would be more dissapointing and devestating to those who think you can accomplish so much!. A tear!? A lower mark!? Or your death by your own hand!?
-make the most of every moment
-when you are feeling negative, try and think of everything you have already accomplished!. And remember you still have alot more you will accomplish!.

You should defiantly go to the Dr also you need to call your local mental heath center and start some therapy!.!.!. Find out what it is that is causing you to feel this way!. YES! You should definitely go see a Dr!. There are many people in the world that feel exactly the same way you do!. I myself have been there!. I finally went to see my internist and told him what was going on!. He prescribed an antidepressent for me and it truly made all the difference!. Do not delay!Www@Answer-Health@Com

UMMM no you actually need to see a doctor!. They make anti-depressants, anxiety medicine and something to help you sleep!. Life don't have to be like that and you need to do this so you can do better in school!. Stop stressing over school!. De-stress your life and you can do this, my brother told me to de-stress my life and I did, I just made everything real simple and it works better like that!.

You don't need any medicine!. You need to learn how to relax, that's all!. And maybe some gentle things to aid you would be nice!. Try good, strong chamomile tea!. AVOID STIMULANTS!. Caffeine, nicotine, cocaine, amphetamines, etc!. are popular in educational settings, and they can help you study, but seriously they are the worst thing you can do to yourself when you're stressed or anxious!. Learn to love yourself, and treat yourself with respect, ignore those thoughts that bother you, and if you have to, distract yourself!. Excersise every day, endorphins will help you so much!. Slow down and be in the moment!.
Really really though, avoid stimulants!. Even things you might not expect have caffeine in them, so check everything, coffee, tea, soda, headache medicine, etc!.
You should also learn to meditate!. Just a few minutes every day can make a ridiculously huge difference!. And learn some good deep breathing techniques!. You'll be alright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
